What is Hospice?
Three Great Companies...
One Heartfelt Mission
A Welcome Letter from LightBridge Hospice Founder & CEO
As a registered nurse, I created LightBridge Hospice to help patients and their families move through the last stages of life with grace, strength, hope and comfort. I have learned through my work that Hospice is really about living. At LightBridge Hospice in San Diego, we believe that each day can be filled with comfort, peace of mind and precious moments that can be transformed into memories to be treasured. We are here to help make this possible. We will assist you with all of your individual needs and support the loved ones around you so that you might have more time to discover the joy and intimacy that comes from living life to its fullest.
I am blessed to work with an incredible team of skilled professionals and volunteers who are fully committed to this purpose and dedicated to providing a personalized program of care and support for each patient and family we are privileged to serve. Although facing a life-limiting illness is never easy, we are truly honored to walk this very important journey with you.
