Why Choose a Veteran-Specific Hospice Program?

End of Life Care for Veterans in San Diego provided by LightBridge Hospice was founded out of our passion to care for and honor our veterans.   We’ve adopted guidelines established by the Veteran’s Administration and were the first hospice in Southern California to be certified by We Honor Veterans as a 4-star Veteran’s hospice program. LightBridge Hospice also provides palliative care for veterans in San Diego, with the goal of providing veterans with comfort and peace of mind in their final years.
