I have learned through my work that Hospice is really about living. We are here to help make this possible. We will assist you with all of your individual needs and support the loved ones around you so that you might have more time to discover the joy and intimacy that comes from living life to its fullest.

About LightBridge Hospice Services in San Diego

Our San Diego hospice team consists of Medical Directors, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists, Spiritual Care Counselors, and Hospice Aides, all with the mission of creating a more positive experience navigating the end of a life-limiting illness, allowing patients and families to create more beautiful memories together in these last days. 

LightBridge Hospice in San Diego also offers ongoing bereavement services for families of our patients for up to a year after the loss of their loved one.
